Owners, Laurene and Paul, are natives of New Orleans with a strong, multi-generational, family lineage linked both to New Orleans and European Witchcraft. This internationally known New Orleans Witch and Warlock have devoted a lifetime to studying and practicing the Magickal Arts and now wish to help you achieve that which you desire most in life.

What is your return policy?
No returns are accepted without prior authorization, in writing, from New Moon Cottage. Contact for Return: You must Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise that you would like to return. Once you have written authorization to return the item(s), we must receive the merchandise within 7 business days from the time of authorization. Please contact us immediately if an item was damaged in transport or if you received the wrong item. Returns: Purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items plus a minimum of 15% restocking fee on return before a refund is made. Returns are by UPS, USPS Priority or Regular Mail: please ask before shipping a return on method of return, insurance may be necessary. Full refund of purchase price of items (not including shipping, insurance costs and restocking fees) occurs upon return of the item in its original condition. Adjustment to Order: If you call or email us to adjust your order by removing an item(s), there is a 10% restocking fee before refund. Returns for Exchanges: There is a minimum of 10% restocking fee, we will not pay shipping on the return or reship. Cancellation of an order: There is a minimum of 15% restocking fee if the order is packaged, labeled and ready for shipment or has shipped and it returns to us. If you cancel an order before we have pulled the item(s), packed and labeled the order, there is only a 10% restocking fee. There are no returns on: herbs/roots, loose incense/loose resins (packaged in resealable bags), oils, clothing, calendars, closeouts, and sale items. All sales of these items are final. Returned Items due to incorrect shipping address, refused package or unclaimed package: If a package is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address or it was unclaimed by you, you must pay shipping and handling fees in order for us to reship it to you. If you choose not to have it reshipped, we will refund the cost of the order minus a restocking fee plus the shipping/handling costs. By submitting your order you have read, understood & agree to our conditions and policies.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Checks, Western Union, Debit and Credit Cards of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. PayPal: All payments through PayPal require a VERIFIED account and CONFIRMED address. To avoid delays in processing your order, or possibly cancelling your order, please contact PayPal to confirm your address. New Moon Cottage will not ship the order without a confirmed address. You must reply to our phone or email message within 5 business days to confirm and authorize. Debit and Credit Cards: We accept credit and debit cards of Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. BILLING NAME AND ADDRESS MUST MATCH SHIPPING NAME AND ADDRESS. To protect the security of our customer’s credit/debit cards etc, we immediately cancel and refund any order where the billing name and address does not match the shipping name and address. 99% of the time this is an indication of fraudulent activity. If your credit card or bank card is declined, please contact the credit card company or your bank. Do Not Contact Us. Checks: we accept payment by check, money order, and Western Union for all US customers. We only accept checks from US banks – no foreign checks. New Moon Cottage will only hold your order for one week. If your payment is not received within one week, your order will be canceled. If your check arrives after the one week period, there is no guarantee that we will still have the items available. Your order IS NOT shipped until we have received your payment and the check clears our bank. Checks are deposited in our bank within two days. It takes approximately 7-10 days for your bank to move the cleared funds to our account. At this point, we will ship your order. $25.00 fee for returned/bounced checks. Money Order: New Moon Cottage will ship your order upon receiving payment.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship by UPS and USPS. Shipping options/pricing will be given to you at checkout. Orders normally ship the next business day. If an order will take longer than 4 business days to ship, we will inform you by email. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason, we will inform you as quickly as possible. Please make certain that your phone number and email are correct on your account so that we may contact you if needed. We will offer you a refund or exchange when there is an out of stock item. APO and FPO Addresses: The United States Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of your package in any specific time frame. For example, if you choose 2 Day Express, your package is not guaranteed to get to you in 2 days. New Moon Cottage is not responsible for these delays. Unverified addresses or addresses which do not match can result in cancelation of the order or delay in shipment. Undeliverable Packages/Unclaimed Packages/Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address or it was unclaimed by you, you must pay shipping and handling fees in order for us to reship it. If you choose not to have it reshipped to you, we will refund the cost of the order minus a restocking fee plus the shipping/handling costs. Stolen After Delivery: New Moon Cottage is not responsible for orders that are stolen once they are delivered to the shipping location that you provide.
Fraudulent Activity - stolen credit cards, debit cards, check etc
Thinking about stealing from us by using a stolen credit card etc? Don’t do it – it’s not worth it!! We report all fraudulent activity to the authorities – including the shipping name and address that you provide as well as the IP address used to purchase the order. In addition to reporting you to the authorities, WE WILL PROSECUTE YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF WITCHCRAFT. DON’T DO IT…IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!

We ONLY ship Internationally using UPS. UPS tracking numbers are valid worldwide so you can track your package from the time it leaves our store until you receive it.
We DO NOT use the United States Postal Service for international shipping.
Each country has unique Customs laws. Additional duties, taxes, and Customs charges may be applied to your order. These additional fees are your responsibility to pay.
Each year Custom’s laws and rules change. It is your responsibility to know whether or not items are allowed into your country. New Moon Cottage is not responsible for items removed from your packages by your country’s Customs Department.
